Mr. Sturgeon's articles have been published in industry magazines, he is a noted speaker providing presentations at conferences and seminars. For example, he was honored to be asked to give a presentation about trademark issues on the Internet to the annual meeting of the American Intellectual Property Law Association. He has also given presentations to a Capitol Hill conference sponsored by the U.S. House of Representatives Subcommittee on Small Business and to a United Nations Task Force working on Internet policies and governance issues.
